We are excited to announce that one of our members, Vlasta Sikimić, has been invited to speak at the “AI for Meta‑Science” workshop at this year’s NeurIPS 2026 in Paris. This event brings together researchers interested in meta-science, philosophy of science, AI, peer review, and evaluation science to explore how AI is transforming the scientific process. The workshop will address pressing challenges such as scaling peer review and reproducibility, maintaining research quality and integrity in the age of AI-generated content, and rethinking the organization, incentives, and governance of science. Through invited talks, contributed presentations, posters, panel discussions, and collaborative breakout sessions, participants will help shape recommendations for the future of AI-enabled scientific research.
